Where can I find more information about my medication?

If you have placed an order, your assigned provider will send medical instructions and important information directly to your member portal. If you have not yet placed an order, you can learn about each treatment in detail on our website. 


How do I reset my password?

Upon logging in, click on “Forgot Password” and then provide your email address where you will receive password reset instructions from Admired support. Submit your new password, which must be a minimum of eight characters and include at least one lowercase and one uppercase character.


How do I log into my member portal?

You will see access to your member portal on the upper right-hand of your Admired.com screen.


Why has my order yet to be processed?

As soon as you place your order, we start fulfilling and then shipping your treatment or preparing your prescription to send to your local pharmacy for pick up, depending on your condition. Your member portal will have live updates every step of the way during this process. Please continue to refresh your member portal for the latest updates. 


Is my information secure and confidential?

Yes. Please refer to our privacy policy to understand how we thoroughly protect your privacy and safeguard your medical information.


How do I request a refill for my medication?

If applicable, Admired will send a reminder via email two weeks before your prescribed medication runs out. You can click on the follow-up form from your email to update your assigned provider on any new medical or lifestyle changes. You can also request a different medication for your condition, if applicable. We know your health can change and want to ensure your medication is still safe to continue. After reviewing your updated health information, you will receive a notification on your member portal regarding your treatment refill status.


What states is Admired available?

The following states are excluded from receiving treatment from Admired:

Who will be assisting me with my treatment?

A real U.S.-licensed healthcare provider closely evaluates your medical history and current symptoms to determine the status of your requested treatment.

We offer 100% online access to FDA-approved and medically effective health and wellness treatments without the hassles of insurance and busy waiting rooms.


Can I receive treatments if I’m under 18?

Our patients must be 18 or older to be considered for treatment. This is for the health and wellness of our patients.

Are your healthcare providers licensed?

All healthcare providers Admired connects you with are U.S.-licensed and based.


Do I need a referral from a doctor before I order my treatment?

Admired does not require or accept referrals. 


Will insurance cover any prescriptions for Admired?

Admired does not accept any form of insurance and treats your condition without insurance hassles. Any prescription available via local pharmacy pick up, including UTI and yeast infection, enables you to present your insurance upon payment, if applicable. upon payment, if applicable.


Can I use an outside prescription?

Your assigned medical provider handles all prescriptions. Therefore, you are unable to use outside prescriptions.


Are the medications you prescribe FDA-approved?

Admired offers a variety of FDA-approved medications and medically effective treatments.


Where is my order?

You will receive an email with your order and tracking details, which you can also view in your member portal.


How does shipping work?

Depending on your location, Admired offers free 2-3 day shipping for most treatments. 


Can I cancel my order?

Once your medical provider has determined you are a candidate for treatment, shipment of your prescription or delivery to your pharmacy has begun. Therefore, cancellation of your order is not an option.


What is your refund policy?

Once your medical provider has determined you are a candidate for treatment, Admired does not offer any refunds. If your provider has determined you are not a candidate for treatment, refunds are determined by condition. Please see each condition page to learn more. 


Is your packaging discreet?

Yes. Any treatments shipped to your home are sent in a nondescript box. Your privacy is very important to Admired.


Is your consultation with a medical provider free?

The answer depends on the condition. Pricing for certain conditions, such as ED, includes a free medical consultation with your assigned healthcare provider and the cost of your medication. Pricing for UTI medication only includes a non-refundable consultation fee since payment for medication occurs at your local pharmacy upon pick up. Please visit each condition page for specific pricing information.


Can I change the dose of my medication?

If applicable, Admired will send a reminder via email two weeks before your prescribed medication runs out. Can I contact my provider if I need to for any questions or concerns?

You can connect with your provider through your member portal 24/7.


Do I need a prescription before I order my treatment?

All prescriptions will be approved by a licensed U.S. practitioner. Outside prescriptions are not permitted.


Do I need a doctor referral before I order my treatment?

Admired does not require or accept referrals. Our practitioner will review your consultation and if approved, your prescription will be on the way.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.


Do you offer other payment options aside from credit cards, such as PayPal or Apple Pay?

At this time, due to privacy reasons, we only accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
